Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, seeks a Care Provider on call at Ivy Park at San Lauren in Bakersfield to assist residents with ADLs and daily care, supporting independence and quality of life in a warm senior living community. You will respond to residents' needs promptly, maintain safety and confidentiality, and collaborate with teams to ensure compassionate, personalized service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in ADLs as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report any changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation with coworkers and other departments.
