Job summary

Oakmont Management Group in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Care Provider to support residents with daily living activities and personal care at Ivy Park Sabre Springs. You will assist with ADLs, ensure safety, and collaborate with the care team to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life.

Experience is welcomed but training is provided. Applicants must be at least 18, pass background and health screenings, and comply with vaccination/PPE policies as required by regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For health and safety, vaccination and PPE requirements may be in place to prevent spread of diseases

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence)
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety
• Communicate any observed or suspected change in condition to a supervisor immediately
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests per safety standards
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
