The Ivy at Berkeley, part of Oakmont Senior Living, seeks a Caregiver to provide personal assistance and daily care to residents on an on-site basis. You will support residents with daily activities, uphold their independence, and contribute to a compassionate, five-star service culture.

Responsibilities include ADL support, prompt response to needs, and communicating changes to supervisors, while maintaining safety and dignity in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential.
• Desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs with dignity and safety.
• Notify supervisor of any change in resident condition.
