The position involves two shifts (AM 6:30–2:30 and PM 2:30–10:30) and requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal communication with staff, physicians, residents, and families.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring).
• Respond promptly while preserving residents' dignity and safety.
• Report changes in resident condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with staff and departments.
