Oakmont Management Group operates IVY PARK AT SALINAS, a premier senior living community in California. The Care Provider delivers personal assistance and daily care to residents, enhancing independence and quality of life in alignment with our mission and values.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, responding to resident needs, and communicating changes to a supervisor, while maintaining safety and confidentiality. Training is provided; experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Communicate observed changes of condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Foster teamwork and cooperation across departments.
