Job summary

IVY PARK AT MURRIETA, a premier senior living community operated by Oakmont Management Group in Irvine, California, seeks a dedicated Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and support their independence. Responsibilities include helping with ADLs, responding promptly to residents' needs, maintaining dignity and safety, and collaborating with other staff.

The role requires 18+, HS diploma or GED, a strong desire to work with seniors, and the ability to pass background

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including physical and TB).
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in ADLs as specified in the care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate observed or suspected changes in resident condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
