Job summary

New Beginnings Home care is seeking an On-Call Scheduling Supervisor to manage participant service hours and staff assignments during after-hours and weekends. The role ensures services align with each participant's plan and requires accurate scheduling within the system.

You will communicate staffing needs to HR, monitor for any scheduling changes, and ensure compliance with labor laws governing hours worked. Weekend and weekday rotation duties form a core part of the schedule.

Weekend Rotation- Friday-4:00pm to Monday 7:30am- $500Weekday Rotation- Monday Through Thursday 4:00pm-7:30am-$200- ($50 per night)This position is on a rotating schedule basis.

Are you detail-oriented and adept at managing schedules effectively?

Join our team as a On-Call Scheduling Supervisor where you assure all participants receiving services from the agency are scheduled for the appropriate amount of hours at the time of the participant choosing and schedule staff according to those services approved in the participant plan assuring all hours have been provided by performing the following duties. This position is for after hours and weekends in which you will be on an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Assure all areas are covered.
• Replaces all shifts as the result of an employee calling in or the need to change hours that are reported during normal work hours.
• Notifies the oncall supervisor of any pertinent scheduling changes or issues.
• Communicates with the human resources administrator regarding needed staffing levels in specific areas of need.
• Assures all schedules in system are accurate and reflects what participant is approved for in service plan.
• Documents any time a participant does not receive scheduled services in system.
• Participates in department meetings as scheduled including monthly and bi-weekly.
• Assures all staff are scheduled to attend monthly/annual trainings/inservices required to maintain their ability to work in the waiver field.
• Assures that all schedules are in accordance with labor laws regarding hours worked.
