• Attend and participate in weekly meetings.
• Audit new admission charts daily.
• Serve as liaison between family, patient, doctor and other departments.
• Investigate incident reports and ensure follow-up.
• Manage staff assignments to ensure quality of care.
• Participate in weekly patient condition risk meetings.
• Contribute to annual staff evaluations.
• Take on-call hours on weekends and holidays.
