Cypress Garden Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Flushing, NY, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead the evening nursing team. The role oversees operations, supports staff, and ensures high-quality, resident-centered care while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include supervising evening staff, coordinating assignments, and promoting effective communication among residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Active RN license in New York state.
• Minimum of two years' progressive nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Previous supervisory or nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to oversee evening nursing operations independently.
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends.

Mansioni

• Assist the DON and ADON with daily nursing operations.
• Supervise and support evening nursing staff.
• Conduct rounds to assess resident care, safety, and performance.
• Respond to clinical concerns and changes in resident condition.
