Job summary

Fulton Center for Rehabilitation in Atlanta, GA is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor to lead care delivery across our nursing units. You will supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compassionate, compliant care and a focus on resident safety and dignity.

This full-time leadership role collaborates with the Director of Nursing to manage staffing, conduct interviews and onboarding, and oversee daily nursing operations and care plan development.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• Experience leading and mentoring nursing staff.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compassionate and compliant care.
• Assist the Director of Nursing with staffing needs, interviews, and onboarding.
• Lead daily nursing operations, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and manage care plans.
• Oversee documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Analyze Quality Measures and Indicators (QM/QI) and implement improvement initiatives.
• Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
• Help develop and lead educational plans for nursing staff.
