Complete Property Restoration in Texas is seeking a dynamic Restoration Technician to respond to water, fire, mold, and other damages with safety and efficiency at the forefront.

You will perform cleaning, water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and related construction tasks, using hand and power tools and Xactimate for accurate cost estimation, while delivering exceptional customer service during stressful times.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or related construction fields.
• Ability to stay calm and act quickly during urgent situations.
• Familiarity with Xactimate estimating software and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, flood, mold, or asbestos incidents with readiness for on-call coverage.
• Perform cleaning, water and fire restoration, mold remediation and related construction tasks using appropriate tools.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and personnel to job sites following safety protocols.
• Use hand and power tools and Xactimate software for accurate damage assessment and cost estimation.
• Conduct asbestos abatement procedures when necessary, following strict safety guidelines and PPE use.
• Carry out drywall installation, flooring replacement, and other structural repairs as part of restoration.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including photos, reports and logs per safety standards and regulations.
• Communicate with clients to provide progress updates and ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.
