Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to perform restoration services at residential and commercial properties. You will execute restoration procedures, operate specialized equipment, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Role requires collaboration with team members, strong attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards. On-site work in various conditions, with on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• IICRC Certification (preferred).
• 1+ years of water damage restoration experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with water, mold, or fire damage restoration (preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition of property, debris removal, content cleaning, and assist with mold and biohazard clean-up.
• Create and maintain measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, work orders, and other documentation in job management systems.
• Communicate details of work performed and job status with clients, managers, team members, and other parties.
• Maintain a neat and orderly worksite and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Ensure work truck is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
