You will perform cleaning, water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and related construction tasks, using hand and power tools and Xactimate for accurate cost estimation, while delivering exceptional customer service during stressful times.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, flood, mold, or asbestos incidents with readiness for on-call coverage.

• Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and personnel to job sites following safety protocols.

• Conduct asbestos abatement procedures when necessary, following strict safety guidelines and PPE use.
• Carry out drywall installation, flooring replacement, and other structural repairs as part of restoration.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including photos, reports and logs per safety standards and regulations.
• Communicate with clients to provide progress updates and ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls for water, fire, flood, mold, or asbestos-related incidents, demonstrating readiness for on-call coverage.
• Perform cleaning, water damage restoration, flood restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation tasks using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and personnel to job sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and Xactimate software for accurate damage assessment and cost estimation.
• Conduct asbestos abatement procedures when necessary, following strict safety guidelines including respiratory protection and personal protective equipment (PPE) use.
• Execute construction-related repairs such as drywall installation, flooring replacement, and other structural work needed for comprehensive restoration.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including photos, reports, and logs in compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on progress while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process.

Skills

• Proven experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields with knowledge of fire, water, flood damage repair, and mold remediation.
• Strong emergency response readiness with the ability to remain calm under pressure during urgent situations.
• Familiarity with Xactimate estimating software and hand/power tools used in restoration projects.
• Ability to operate company vehicles safely while following all safety protocols including respiratory protection and PPE use.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients during stressful circumstances.
• Knowledge of safety protocol adherence including asbestos abatement procedures and mold remediation standards.
• Construction experience is highly desirable for performing structural repairs efficiently; certification in asbestos abatement or related fields is a plus.
