ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a Technician to restore properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damage. You will assess damage, implement restoration processes, and ensure work meets industry standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include inspections, water extraction, demolition, drying, documentation, client communication, and adherence to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking required for assessments and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate property damage to determine scope of restoration work.
• Perform water extraction, fire/smoke repair, mold remediation, and structural drying tasks.
• Use specialized equipment safely and efficiently to complete restoration.
• Document damage assessments, work performed, and reporting information for clients and insurers.
• Communicate with clients to explain processes and address concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies; participate in on-call rotation.
