Job summary

Midas Hospitality seeks a friendly Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage team in Brooklyn, NY. You will deliver high-quality dining experiences with attentive service in a fast-paced hotel restaurant setting.

The role requires excellent guest interaction, POS familiarity, ability to multi-task, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience helpful.
• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and POS systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Wamiliarity with cash handling procedures and upselling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus to create a welcoming dining experience.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and recommendations; answer guest questions.
• Take accurate orders and enter into the POS system.
• Deliver orders accurately and promptly while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle requests or concerns.
• Upsell food and beverages to support restaurant revenue goals.
• Process guest checks and handle payments following procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, stations, and equipment.
