Qualifications

• Two years of residential property maintenance or related field experience.
• Knowledge of Ohio residential building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to obtain and evaluate contractor quotes and manage purchases.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Obtain quotes, coordinate services, purchase supplies, and maintain records.
• Coordinate maintenance work with service providers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide safe, respectful communication with residents and contractors.
• Develop maintenance and inspection systems and prepare operational reports.
