Job summary

Central Counties Services seeks a skilled maintenance technician to conduct inspections, perform preventive and corrective repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and building systems at Temple facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, maintenance, and repair work.
• Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent, is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of Center buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure facilities are in proper working order.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, doors, and grounds).
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.
• Coordinate with internal customers and external contractors for maintenance and repairs.
• Provide on-call coverage after hours and on weekends as assigned.
