Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas safe, clean, and functional. You will handle work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and vacancy turnovers, while managing inventory and coordinating with vendors.

This role includes a rotating on-call schedule with weekend, evening, and morning availability. Applicants should have EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart

Qualifications

Must have or be willing to obtain EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
High School diploma/GED and related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

Completing work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
Conducting inspections to ensure quality and address property needs.
Preparing vacant apartments for new tenants.
Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
Assisting in grounds upkeep.
Supporting cost-cutting efforts.
Participating in safety protocols.
This position will participate in a rotating on-call schedule, requiring weekend, evening, and morning availability.
