Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to keep the property's buildings, grounds, and common areas in top condition. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete work orders to maintain safety and cleanliness.

You will also handle make-ready tasks for vacant units, manage inventory of supplies, and assist with on-site maintenance while following safety procedures and local regulations.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All required state/local certifications.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance while diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, and scheduling vendors.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials and tools from maintenance, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for reorders.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately for tracking and records.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans, paints curbs and signage as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible and using tools efficiently.
