Compass Concierge is seeking On-Call Residential Concierge for flexible staffing across DC, Virginia, and Maryland. You will cover shifts at different properties, provide exceptional front-desk service, manage access and deliveries, and support residents and vendors with professionalism.

This role requires dependable attendance and comfort learning new environments. On-call employees are scheduled based on weekly availability and must report on time for confirmed shifts.

• Maintain shift notes, incident documentation, and building records.
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain a professional front-desk environment.
• Respond to resident concerns, unexpected situations, and emergencies.
• Adapt quickly when working at different Compass properties.
