Job summary

Sonata Delray Beach is seeking a friendly Concierge to serve as the ambassador at the Community's front desk. You will greet residents and visitors, answer calls, screen access, and coordinate mail, packages, and transportation sign-ups in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

This on-site role requires a High School Diploma and excellent interpersonal skills. Weekend and holiday hours are required as part of a flexible schedule; medical, dental, vision coverage, Life Insurance, PTO, and

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador for the Community at reception.
• Answer and screen calls, greet visitors professionally.
• Maintain front desk operations and sign-in procedures.
• Handle mail, packages, and office supplies.
• Update emergency contacts and logs.
• Coordinate transportation sign-ups and special events.
• Support management with clerical tasks.
