Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to create a warm, safe, and organized community experience for residents, families, and visitors. You will greet guests, route calls, support move-ins, and maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.

The role requires strong customer service skills, excellent organization, and proficiency with MS Office. You will collaborate with Sales and recruitment teams while upholding Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and route calls; take accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support Sales inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, sign-in procedures, and emergencies.
