Job summary

PACS is seeking personnel for an on-call position to provide routine daily care to residents per individualized care plans. You will work with nursing staff to ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or its equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services in accordance with resident assessment and care plan.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Health and Wellness Director.
• Record entries accurately in notes, SPAs, and incident reports.
