Job summary

Mercy Health in Ohio seeks a Cardiac Sonographer Registered at St. Anne Hospital to perform diagnostic echocardiography including TTE, TEE, and stress testing. The role requires patient preparation and monitoring, and results documentation in the EMR.

On-call hours are required, with credentialing in echocardiography (RDCS or RCS) preferred. An associate degree in cardiovascular technology or related field is preferred, along with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a health science field with a cardiovascular focus (preferred).
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• Credentialed in echocardiography: RDCS or RCS per certifying body.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiography exams including TTE, TEE and stress testing.
• Prepare and monitor patients before and during procedures.
• Document findings in EMR and communicate critical results.
• On-call hours required.
