Job summary

St. Paul’s Senior Services is seeking an On-Call Receptionist for our 24/7 senior living facility. This as-needed position requires flexible scheduling and CPR/First Aid certification.

You will handle front-desk responsibilities, respond to emergencies, and support residents and staff with professional courtesy. Shifts include AM, PM, and NOC, with duties ranging from greeting visitors to coordinating security and communication systems.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with good communication skills.
• Must speak fluent English and interact professionally with staff, visitors and residents.
• Capable of handling emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Must present a professional image of St. Paul’s at all times.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reception desk and access points to ensure safety and service.
• Provide information and assist residents, family members and staff.
• Operate telephone, intercom and basic security systems as trained.
• Coordinate responses with Facilities Manager and security personnel.
• Assist with service requests, meal deliveries, and emergencies as needed.
