St Paul Elder Services is seeking a dependable Senior Maintenance professional to keep our healthcare environment safe and well-functioning for residents, staff, and visitors. You will work with the team, contractors, and departments to address maintenance needs and support ongoing operations.

Training is available for the right candidate, with responsibilities spanning electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life-safety systems.

Qualifikationen

• Prev. experience in building, facility, or general maintenance preferred.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other building systems is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new maintenance skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot plumbing systems.
• Assist with HVAC systems, including air handlers and boilers.
• Maintain life safety systems, including fire alarms and sprinkler systems.
• Maintain door security systems and nurse call systems.
• Perform wall patching, painting, and general building repairs.
• Coordinate and work with contractors on maintenance projects.
• Conduct safety drills (fire/severe weather).
• Snow removal with plow trucks, tractors, snow blowers, skid steers, etc.
• Lawn care and landscaping; operate mowers and related equipment.
• Operate floor scrubbers and assist with kitchen equipment cleaning.
• Address facility concerns promptly and maintain a safe environment.
• Follow safety policies and healthcare regulations.
