Job summary

The Deerfield, operated by Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS), in New Richmond, Wisconsin, seeks an on-call Receptionist to join our team. The position supports every other weekend from 10am–2pm, with opportunities for growth within a close-knit, mission-driven community for older adults.

Responsibilities include answering calls, providing information, and performing administrative duties while delivering exceptional customer service in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with office equipment and multi-line phones is desirable.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and public relations for quality care and services.
• Answer and transfer all incoming calls courteously and professionally.
• Serve as an information resource and perform administrative duties as assigned.
