Qualifications

• Caregiving experience helpful but not required.
• Competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, teamwork and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide provides high-quality personal care and services to residents, supporting Personally Designed Living choices while maintaining regulations and best practices.
