Eskaton Properties is seeking a part-time receptionist on-site in California. The role supports front-desk operations with multi-line phone duties, visitor screening, and clerical tasks across departments. Candidates should have prior public-facing experience and basic PC skills.

This on-call position offers growth and contributes to a nonprofit aging-focused mission. Starting pay ranges from $19.40 to $23.04 per hour, with 4 shifts per month.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a receptionist with public contact desirable.
• Experience with personal computers and related software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operates multi-positioned telephone switchboard to relay calls and related tasks.
• Greet visitors, determine needs and contact the proper person.
• Answer general questions and provide information to visitors or callers.
• Perform clerical duties such as posting data, typing reports, filing mail and messages.
• Schedule and coordinate tele-conference calls.
• Sort and distribute mail and inter-office materials.
• Schedule and coordinate room calendars.
