Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This 16-hour-per-week role includes on-call responsibilities to assist with maintenance emergencies and resident service requests.

The technician will perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, unit turns, grounds upkeep, and ensure overall appearance and functionality of the property.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to physically inspect the properties.
• Furnish own basic tools (specialty items may be provided).
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Flexibility for on-call emergencies and after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interiors and exteriors for maintenance issues.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Handle unit turns and groundskeeping tasks.
• Repair and replace windows, doors, fixtures, and appliances as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.
• Communicate progress on work orders and deadlines to the manager.
