Blue Magma Residential is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance for our property buildings. You will work under supervision with a focus on safety, efficiency, and professional presentation.

The role requires an EPA Universal License, HVAC certification preferred, and at least two years of apartment maintenance experience. You will support groundskeeping, unit prep, and inventory control while adhering to company policies and OSHA

Qualifications

• EPA Universal License is required.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in apartment maintenance or similar.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct on site.
• Enforce community rules and safety policies as needed.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and ensure cleanliness of work areas.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and part inventories for property operations.
