Job summary

Blue Magma Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform daily repairs and upkeep of the apartment community. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to keep buildings in excellent condition and present a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

You will handle electrical, HVAC, plumbing tasks, assist the groundskeeper, prepare vacants for occupancy, manage tools and supplies, and follow OSHA safety rules.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal License is required.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in the apartment industry as a Maintenance Expert or above.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Understand community rules and enforce them when necessary.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain supplies and equipment inventory.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies.
• Be available to work on-call.
• Secure maintenance shop at close of day.
