Blue Magma Residential seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property, ensuring a professional appearance for the team under the Community Manager.

You will enforce rules, manage on-call duties, and coordinate with groundskeeping and unit turnovers. HVAC certification and 4+ years in the apartment industry are required, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Experience reading and interpreting safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Repair and upkeep of the property on a daily basis.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude of staff and operate with sound judgment.
• Enforce community rules and policies, with reporting as needed.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and manage inventory of supplies.
