Apartment Management Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair property buildings and grounds. The role includes preparing vacant units, managing supplies, and upholding safety standards while ensuring a professional appearance and on-call responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Communicate effectively and follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance with required property uniform.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
