Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep property buildings and grounds, including preparing vacant units for occupancy. Responsibilities include daily repairs, inventory, and ensuring tools are ready, with strict OSHA safety adherence.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, basic HVAC/plumbing/Electrical knowledge, and strong communication. On-site work with potential on-call duties and safety-conscious practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of property and vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; ensure tools on hand.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety policies; work on-call as needed.
• Secure maintenance shops at end of day; respond to service requests 24/7.
• Assist with snow/ice removal and evictions-related tasks.
