Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide timely and comprehensive maintenance for grounds and buildings. You will help ensure health, safety, and security systems are properly maintained to minimize risk and support tenant retention.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to respond to emergencies and weekend on-call shifts. A universal HVAC license is preferred and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Residence within 30mins of work location.
• Available for work overtime and be on call on rotating weekends.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Background check required.
• HVAC license (universal) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders received within prescribed time frames.
• Respond to unscheduled emergency repair work providing either temporary or long-term repairs as the situation dictates.
• Evaluate the overall condition of the buildings and grounds and make recommendations for future repair projects.
• Directly accountable for all safety and health issues by adhering to the Company's Safety Policy.
• Suggest or recommend operating and capital budget items to the Chief Engineer or Portfolio Manager.
• Monitor performance against established maintenance budget and minimize maintenance expenditures while maintaining quality.
• Monitor the performance of vendors and outside contractors to ensure work meets specifications and schedules.
• Ensure maintenance personnel maintain certification to repair air conditioning and related systems.
