Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Perform daily on-site maintenance and assist with make-ready process.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify hazards and needed repairs.
• Assist in preventative maintenance to extend the community’s life.
