Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Property Attendant to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests at our Greenville property. You will monitor the site, assist guests, and serve as the emergency contact after hours.

This role requires physical stamina, clear communication with guests and staff, and the ability to follow established procedures. You will be on-call and perform nightly rounds to ensure security and cleanliness across the property.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand and interpret information from hotel systems.
• Ability to read, speak and write efficiently to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to self-supervise with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Keep watch on the property when the office is closed.
• Report safety or security issues to management or authorities.
• Respond to guest needs and inquiries professionally after hours.
• Establish good communication and professional relationships with property guests.
• Ensure storage and employee areas are secured nightly.
• Obtain guest list nightly to ensure only authorized guests access rooms.
• Follow company procedures by verifying ID and providing access to rooms for guests who are locked out.
