Job summary

InTownSuites in Memphis, TN is seeking a Property Attendant to maintain a comfortable, safe, and quiet atmosphere for guests. The role involves monitoring the property after hours, serving as the emergency contact, and assisting guests as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information found in internal hotel information.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in an efficient manner to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to self-supervise and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Keep watch on the property when the office is closed.
• Report safety or security issues to the General Manager or authorities.
• Respond to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Establish good communication and professional relationships with guests.
• Ensure storage and employee areas are secured nightly.
• Verify guest lists to control access to rooms and the property.
• Document all rounds and incidents on the Property Attendant Checklist.
• Follow company procedures and provide room access for guests who are locked out.
• Assist guests with minor maintenance issues.
• Take responsibility for keeping the property clean and free of debris.
