Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Property Attendant to patrol the Warner Robins, GA property, assist guests, and act as emergency contact after hours. The role requires living on site and performing regular rounds to maintain safety and cleanliness, while coordinating with the General Manager and Regional Operations Manager on issues.

Responsibilities include guest assistance, security reporting, access control, and daily documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information from internal hotel info.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to self-supervise and work with limited supervision.
• Must live on property during term of employment.

Responsibilities

• Keep watch on the property when the office is closed.
• Respond to guest needs, complaints and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, after office hours.
• Report safety or security issues to the General Manager or local authorities.
• Verify ID and provide access to rooms for guests who are locked out.
• Establish good communication with property guests; ensure secured storage and employee areas nightly.
• Complete rounds and inspections as scheduled; document incidents on the Property Attendant Checklist.
