Job summary

Intown-Suites is seeking a Property Attendant for its Memphis, TN property. The role supports guest needs, monitors safety, and maintains a clean, secure environment after office hours. You will be the emergency contact after hours and must live on property during employment.

Responsibilities include nightly rounds, reporting issues, assisting guests with access and minor maintenance, and following established procedures. This is a full-time on-site position with on-call duties and inspections.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information found in internal hotel information.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in an efficient manner to interact with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Keep watch on the property when the office is closed.
• Report safety or security issues to the General Manager or authorities.
• Respond to guest needs and concerns in a professional manner, in person and by phone.
• Establish professional relationships with property guests.
• Ensure storage and employee areas are secured nightly.
• Take rounds and note issues for investigation.
• Verify guest IDs and provide room access for locked-out guests.
• Assist guests with minor maintenance issues.
• Document rounds and incidents on the Property Attendant Checklist.
• Follow the on-call schedule and complete scheduled inspections.
