Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Property Attendant to maintain a comfortable, safe, and quiet atmosphere for guests. You will be the emergency contact after office hours and assist guests as needed, while following the guest agreement guidelines.

This on-site role requires living on property during the term and adhering to company policies. Benefits include weekly pay, 401(k) with company match, and a complimentary room with housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret information found in internal hotel materials.
• Ability to read, speak, and write to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to self-supervise and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Keep watch on the property when the office is closed.
• Report safety or security issues to the GM or authorities.
• Respond to guest needs, complaints, and concerns professionally after hours.
• Establish good communication and professional relationships with guests.
• Ensure storage and employee areas are secured nightly.
• Verify guest identity and provide access to rooms as needed.
• Assist guests with minor maintenance issues.
• Document rounds and incidents on the Property Attendant Checklist.
