Job summary

Creative Flagstaff is seeking an on-call Programs Assistant to support exhibitions, events, and programs at the Coconino Center for the Arts and other community events. This role serves as a key representative during shifts, handling front desk duties, ticketing, and customer interactions.

You will work weekends and evenings as needed, assist with venue prep, merchandise coordination, and volunteer management, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Front desk reception and customer service duties.
• Assist with program coordination and reporting.
• Manage venue setup for events.
• Experience with ticketing and memberships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staff in program coordination and public participation.
• Support events including setup, tickets, and concessions.
• Prepare galleries and spaces for exhibitions and events.
• Serve as Front-of-House ambassador during shifts and manage cash and POS.
