Job summary

Creative Flagstaff is seeking on-call staff to support exhibitions, events, and programs at Coconino Center for the Arts. The role requires in-person work with regular weekend/evening hours, and flexible shifts without guaranteed hours.

You will assist with front desk reception, event support, and communications, including documentation and reporting. Knowledgeable about alcohol service and state laws may be required.

Qualifications

• Expertise in managing programs and events in a gallery/community setting.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities for front desk and guest relations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at events, with attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist Staff with program coordination and public participation, including front desk and events support.
• Coordinate events, perform light venue prep, and manage ticketing and membership sales when needed.
• Support gallery exhibitions and spaces preparation for programs and events.
• Present a welcoming front-of-house environment and handle POS and CRM tasks.
• Help manage volunteers and event staff as needed.
