Job summary

Warren Equipment Company is seeking a Fleet Readiness Coordinator in Midland, TX to analyze and communicate the readiness status of rental equipment across the fleet. The role requires evaluating maintenance history, coordinating repairs, and ensuring safety and availability.

You will collaborate with Service, Operations, and Sales teams, build strong relationships with Warren CAT’s teams, and provide regular status updates to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and present information to groups.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze readiness status of rental equipment based on maintenance history; coordinate required repairs/services to ensure operational safety.
• Communicate readiness needs to Service and Operations teams for all locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Warren CAT’s teams.
• Assess rental fleet needs per location in collaboration with Service and Operations teams.
• Provide status reports to Warren CAT’s management.
• Collaborate with Sales teams for rental fleet support.
• Demonstrate teamwork and a proactive attitude to meet department goals.
• Coordinate entry/exit of rental equipment in the fleet and movement between locations.
• Maintain accurate rental fleet reporting for all locations using provided tools.
• Ensure accurate and timely information is conveyed to stakeholders.
