Job summary

Covenant Hobbs Hospital is hiring a Pharmacy Tech II to support unit-dose and stock medication distribution to nursing units and other departments. You will fill oral and IV meds, triage orders, and ensure ADS integrity to support safe patient care.

Minimum NM Board or TX licensure at hire and hospital pharmacy experience are preferred as you join Providence’s Covenant team in Hobbs, NM with a strong focus on accuracy and patient safety.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• New Mexico Pharmacy Technician license required at hire or
• Texas Pharmacy Technician Trainee license required at hire or
• Texas Registered Pharmacy Technician License required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Fill/dispense unit dose and stock medications to nursing units and other departments.
• Fill/dispense oral and IV medications and triage orders.
• Maintain the integrity of the automated dispensing system (ADS).
