Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• PTCB certification is required or alternative licensure per state.
• Minimum of one year (>2080 hours) of pharmacy practice in an integrated health system or two years (>4160 hours) hospital pharmacy if not PTCB certified.
