Schulte Hospitality Group in the United States is seeking an energetic Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This hands-on role oversees preventative maintenance, implements brand standards, and supports guest requests to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel maintenance position; supervisory role preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance functions, including preventative maintenance, follow company and brand standards for compliance and safety.
• Ensure fulfillment of preventative maintenance programs for equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces.
• Ensure swimming pool and spa maintenance meets brand standards and health regulations.
• Perform repair, maintenance, alteration, and installation work safely and neatly.
• Delegate, supervise, and participate in all preventive and general maintenance programs and scheduling.
• Assist other departments in fulfilling guest requests and resolving guest concerns.
• Educate hotel personnel on emergency procedures and safety precautions.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
