Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role supports hotel maintenance operations, overseeing preventative maintenance, repairs, and compliance with brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry knowledge, at least one year in hotel maintenance (supervisory preferred), and a customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in hotel maintenance; supervisory experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventative maintenance follows brand standards and safety.
• Oversee maintenance in guest rooms, public spaces, pool and spa.
• Delegate and supervise preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist other departments to resolve guest concerns.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Maintain maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
