Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This hands-on leadership role ensures all maintenance operations meet brand standards and safety requirements across properties.

You will supervise preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, and support guest requests while promoting a safe, efficient, and guest-centric environment. This role requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education, post high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a hotel maintenance position, supervisory role preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance functions follow company and brand standards for compliance and safety.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for equipment, HVAC units, and life safety systems.
• Perform and supervise repairs in guest rooms and public spaces.
• Maintain pool, spa, and health-compliant maintenance duties.
• Delegate, supervise, and participate in preventive and general maintenance programs.
• Assist other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve concerns.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Carry out other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
